Ali & Adam’s Brighton Beach wedding

Ali & Adam’s Brighton Beach wedding

Wow, where do we start with these guys?! Absolute stars! We first met Ali & Adam back in October for their couples shoot & we soon learnt that not even hurricane-force winds & tidal waves could stop these two! In some of the craziest storms Britain has seen, we headed straight for Brighton Beach & took some amazing shots before being pounded (not to mention drenched!) by hail & ducking into a café to dry off, drink lots of hot chocolate & chat about all things wedding.

So, the wedding was all set – church ceremony, then a big party in a tipi on the beach. Perfect… that is until 5 days before the wedding the tipi company was forced to cancel, due to severe weather conditions. You’d forgive most brides for throwing their toys out the pram at that point but bless Ali & Adam – they remained so calm & simply said it’s not about the venue, it’s about us marrying each other & having a great day with the people we love.

Luckily, The Hilton Metropole came up trumps & in just 4 days Ali, Adam & the event planners (re)organised an incredible wedding. Ali & Adam got married in exquisite style on an ironically beautiful, sunny Winter’s day. Two gorgeous dresses, a post-wedding stroll along Brighton Beach, Choccywoccydoodah cake & the unique combo of Irish – Mauritian traditions made it a truly awesome day to be a part of. Not forgetting the minor incident of the groom locking us out his flat 10 minutes before we were due to head to the church… it just makes it more memorable, right Adam?!

Thank you so much – you guys rock!

Thank you so much for the beautiful photos…we have just had a reminiscing session with them! They are so wonderful and capture the day perfectly.

People always said to us that your photos are one of the only things that you can take from your wedding and I am so glad that we choose you guys, we really will treasure these photos forever.

Thank you again for such a fantastic keepsake from the wedding.

Ali and Adam x
