Emma & Raj The West Mill

Blue skies in February?! In Derby?! Emma & Raj must be doing something very right because the sun was  shining with it’s hat on for those two on Saturday. The West Mill is always incredible to photograph because it’s a stunning venue inside and out, so it looks amazing whatever the weather but boy did it feel good to be there with that early Spring vibe. I didn’t even wear a jacket! Lucky for me because I could never have competed with Raj’s 🙂 Love a groom with style. The West Mill is a one of a kind place to get married. It blends industrial, urban and vintage with a tranquil riverside setting and this unique location seemed a perfect match with Emma + Raj : super cool, relaxed, stylish, a bit edgy and the perfect place for a Northern Soul party with real records! We feel so lucky to have been there to capture such an awesome day, shared with friends and family from far-flung corners of the globe. Raj expressed to me how overwhelming and wonderful it was to have everybody he and Emma love so much together in one place, to celebrate with them.  And for us, this is what wedding are always all about. Celebrating love and all the people who have got you to that place on your wedding day. We know everybody is always very eager to see a glimpse of what’s to come, so we’ve put together a small preview of a few of our very favourite moments so far.
